If you are not happy with your merchandise and want to return it, you have 30-days to return the merchandise from the time you have received the shipment. It must be returned in the same packaging that it was shipped to you in. There will be a 20% restocking fee and you will only be reimbursed for the product, which does not include shipping costs.

All efforts will be made to make sure your merchandise does not get damaged during shipping transit to you as said shipping location of your choice.  If it does get damaged during transit, you will have 30 days to return the merchandise from the time you have received the shipment. It must be returned in the same packaging that it was shipped to you in. You will be reimbursed for the damaged product only. It will take up to 7 days to examine the damages made to the product during shipment before a refund can be made.
