Do you have a “brick and mortar” store?

• No, we don’t. We are an ecommerce store and our products are sold online. However, once or twice a month, we will locate at the Tri-Cities Flea Market in Bluff City, TN selling our merchandise in-person.

Do you accept credit cards for payment?

• Yes, we accept all major credit cards, online and in-person. In-person, we also accept cash but not checks.

Where are your handmade products made?

• We have a studio located in Tennessee, USA which is where all of our handmade products are made by “Handmade Designs by Sheila”.

Do you drop ship?

• Currently, we do not drop-ship. We have drop-shipped in the past but that service has been discontinued.
